I usually watch the news broadcasts on my local ABC and FOX affiliates. (WCVB 5 and FOX 25 out of Boston.) I think they're very informative and even a little entertaining at times.

My least favorite of the local affiliates to watch for news is NBC (WHDH 7). They seem to take more time to broadcast less news.

ABC Orlando Affiliate (WFTV) I prefer the old 5 AM News cast from around 2003, which consisted of Vanessa Echols, Greg Warmoth, Bob Baxa (Traffic), Jamie Martin (Weather).

I watch WABC news (#1 station in the country), mainly their 12pm, 5pm, 6pm and 11pm (most of the time it is just 11PM). And for the 10PM news I watch WWOR.
