HOLLYWOOD - Eva Longoria has begged her bosses on Desperate Housewives to stop making her take baths on the TV show--because she hates spending all day naked in water.
The sexy star--who plays man-eater Gabrielle Solis on the show--has grown tired of being forced to strip off while her male castmates parade through the set to ogle her naked body.

She says, "I didn't realize how much lingerie I'd be in and how much time I'd spend in the bathtub. I actually had to go to the director and go, 'Can you please stop putting me in the bathtub?’

"It's a pain in the butt to shoot. You're naked and they just fill it up with bubbles and basically they put body make-up on you so you look beautifully tanned with flawless skin and then it just comes off in the water so you're sitting in this brown water all day.

"There have been times when they do all the tub scenes in one day, so I go out and in comes Ricardo (Chavira), then in comes Jesse (Metcalfe). I'm like 'Guys, can we space out the tub scenes?'"

Oh poor baby. She makes oodles of $$$$ and she can't tolerate bathtub scenes???? Gimme a break. Will this woman ever go away already...geez, she should be thanking her lucky stars...maybe she should talk to her co-star Teri Hatcher, who was once on top and then she got divorced, was not getting any roles or offers and had a hard time making a living...well, now she is back at top and thanking her lucky stars...Eva should get off her high horse because her 15 mins. will be coming to an end soon.

Why is the water so brown?. She must be awful dirty. Plus she must wear something to cover up in certain scenes

Maybe she wants her character to be more than a Sexy Woman in a Tub of water-lol I think she is starting to realize that they want to use her character to bring in as many men viewers as possble-lol And I'm one of them

Longoria is on the cover of the new Entertainment Weekly. She's wearing so much makeup, she almost looks like a painting. I don't know why these magazine editors think that overly made-up women are attractive.

I can't blame her, I sure as hell wouldn't want to spend all day in a bathtub. I get sick of water if I go swimming for an hour LOL
