How do I capture the entire desktop image?

Press the print screen button and then open microsoft paint and paste it i think.

yep, that'll do it, you can also use the free irfanview (http://www.irfanview.com) - it has a few other handy tools in it (like capturing multiple images, viewing other types of files, etc.)

Wow Robby that looks BETTER than the progee I have to capture a picture.. (Hoversnap)

I cant believe all the filetypes it can read also.........

Press Print Screen then bring up Paint. then press Control(ctrl) V. The picture will show up. Then you can save it.
