I was shocked to turn on an episode of "Girlfriends" the show that stars Diana Ross' daughter, and see Demond Wilson playing the role of the father of one of the main characters on the show. He looks much older of course, and has put on quite a bit of weight, but that voice is unmistakable. I loved his character on Sanford and Son, and it was great to see him playing a very different role.

yeah, i saw him on Girlfriends, he looked good for his age.

I wish I saw Lamont on Girlfriends do you know if BET will be airing The Episode with Lamont anytime soon
