UGH. I know!!! I'm dying for it...Season 2 is coming out in Canada, I believe. I don't know why it's being released there, and not in The US (at this moment, anyway).

since it's coming out there can we buy it off the intrnet I wanted to buy the Kate And Allie DVD 1 and 2 set off of Ebay but is it legal cuz I really want it

Me too. I know VEI is taking their sweet sweet time releasing season 2, That is IF they're gonna release it. It sold well on amazon.ca so I don't see why they wouldn't have season 2 coming out next yr sometime.

I think that the fact that VEI is releasing Season 2 of GAB just a little over 4 months after that studio released Season 1 is pretty impressive. I hope it has some bonus features, such as an episode from Season 3 and or audio commentary from the three girls or some bloopers/ outtakes. I also find it kinda interesting that just one month before Season 2's release, VEI has not at least shown the cover art for it; perhaps they're still working on it.

Ugh! Universal is horrible. They stopped American Dreams and Laverne and Shirley after only releasing Season 1 of those shows. What's the sense. They just suck!

Does anybody know the reason behind the sudden delay in releasing Season 2 of GAB? Or, is there a way we can find out why? Why did VEI delay the Season 2 release of GAB just four days before the original scheduled release date? I hope that it is because they are working on GAB special features!

I've never heard of another country releasing a US show. How often does this happen? I thought only one company could have the rights.

It doesn't seem like Universal is going to release season two any time soon...or at all. It's a shame, especially for people who don't live in areas where the show is being aired. I'm glad that it is being aired here.

I don't think Universal is going to release Season 2 either. Why should they? Everyone is buying it from Canada through VEI. I hope they continue to release the next season. Does anyone know who VEI is? Are they an up and coming dvd company? So far, I am quite impressed with what they have offered in terms of tv shows. I hope they continue. I could see them rivaling some of the big companies by releasing full sets of shows otherwise abandoned here in the U.S. Hopefully, we will see more GAB releases from them in 2007!

VEI needs a new website. They don't update it as new releases are announced. Right now, www.visualentertainment.tv brings you to a pretty blank page. You need to manually type in www.buycdsanddvds.com to take you to their site with the items listed. They need to revamp it because their dvds are top-quality. They have done magnificent jobs with the first 2 seasons.
