I'm starting to lose interest in ESPNEWS because what they consider a Breaking News story is just stupid. Like yesterday when they consider the 76ers GM saying AI will not be traded-"A BREAKING NEWS STORY. I thought it would only be breaking news if he WAS TRADED

I basically just watch it to get all the scores of the games the night before.

In no particular order:

-Knowing that I woke up and survived another day.
-Surfing online (checking email, checking forums I frequent, online journaling, etc)
-Working out (Step Aerobics on M, W, and F and walking 2-3 miles in the late evenings around a local high school track)
-Eating food.
-Seeing co-worker friends.

I do that most nights as well. I particularly love it in this hot weather, because I know that the more I sweat, the more weight I'm going to lose.

....that and you turn the fat into muscle. I love working out now! I'm addicted to it!

What helps is if you speed walk or jog. I hate jogging, but I like speed walking and do that a lot when I walk. It's soooo refreshing walking in the late evenings, isn't it? I have to take music with me!! :D

I'm surprised so many of you answered this question wrong-lol I wasn't talking about showers, eating, napping, i was talking about the things you are obsessed with, like doing. Like Dr. Jazz said, he likes watching the Yankees, or someone else said Going on he Web. Defintely not talking about NAPPING or EATING-lol

Yeah, it really is very refreshing walking late night. For me, it's usually late late night, between 12, and 4 in the morning. There's just something about the air at that hour, that I love. I also like to speed walk as well. Actually, my normal walking is speed walking. Nobody can ever keep up with me, lol!
