Reserve a Day and watch all 24 eps of a certain show non-stop? I plan to do this with the Honeymooners and Three's Company this weekend. Anyone watch the entire season of a show when they first get it or am I the only TRUE TV DIEHARD FAN on this site?

I do it with certain shows like Roseanne but not every show I would be to tired and really lazy if I did it with every show...

I just watch one or two episodes. I rarely have a day where I can just sit there and watch many episodes of anything.

The most I'll watch is maybe a full disc, but not the whole thing. I just don't have the time for that.

Neither do I- besides, no matter how much I love a certain show, there are still some episodes that I don't care to watch and will skip over.

Curb Your Enthusiasm (Season 2)
Curb Your Enthusiasm (Season 3)
Curb Your Enthusiasm (Season 4)

I plan to do it with Season 5 as well.

I also did this for "Weeds: Season 1". I didn't plan that one, I just popped in the disc and didn't stop until the final episode. Of course both shows only have ten episodes per season.

I have a short attention span. I can have mini marathons, but nothing as big as you're talking about.

That's gonna be a funny weekend. Those shows are hilarious. In fact, I've been watching a lot of "The Honeymooners" lately. I laugh like it's the first time I've seen it, but it's been a favorite of mine for years.

Yeah but remember you are seeing something NEW since it's UNCUT. That's the fun part of watching a TV show on DVD that you discovered in syndication

I know which is why I postponed a Date I had scheduled until August so I can relax and watch both shows all weekend-lol

Never

Not even on the GI DVD's did I watch a lot in one day. I like to watch a little bit at a time. I don't want to over do it. The longer I stretch it out the better.

You're right. I did like the "Mixed Blessing" episode of The Golden Girls better when I saw it uncut. Blanche really made that episode, but it's still not on my favorites list.

I do this at work, which is where I see all my tv shows. Our computers have dvd players in them, our boss doesn't care if we watch them during off hours, since I work graveyard it's no problem. I'm almost done with The Flying Nun, then I'll start Three's Company, then Married With Children season 5.

I can't go through 24 episodes like you. I also have a short attention span. My record was 7 hour long episodes (14 half hours) of Dallas in one day. I can usually watch 5 half hour episodes (3 hour long) in a row non stop.
