Has anybody been able to visit the house in California that TBB show is based on? From what I have read, the owners have done some renovations since the show ended because of the many fans who wanted to check it out.
I live in Toronto, Canada, but the next time I visit California, I want to do a TV show / movie location self tour. I would like to see the real places where the fictional ones are based on. Kevin.

...my favorite part of visiting Vegas was my solo trip to L.A. I suppose I'm not a huge gambler (although I love to play Hold 'Em with friends) so the highlight of my trip was my drive to N. Hollywood. I have never been to So. Cal. before... it was a FUN ride. Either you hate driving, or, you guessed it, you LIKE it. About 600 miles, round trip, including checking out the surroundings. Did it in half a day, loved every second of it.
Vegas is too friggin' busy! I couldn't believe it. I live in N.Y. (Long Island), and the traffic there is worse than Manhattan. VERY hard to get around. You might have a "green" light on the strip, but there are still tourists crossing, wasting half your light. And we were there there during the weekdays - I can imagine the weekends. Sick stuff, no thanks! I couldn't take it, wanted to get out on the open road. Brady house it is!
The "house" looks much the same, but with more vegitation and a small fence. It's a quiet, quaint neighborhood with smallish homes. Nothing too exotic. Beverly Hills is just to the South.
You can actually see the aerial view from GlobeXplorer.com/... cool stuff.
I'll be back in L.A. next June... can't wait. There are a lot of restaurants I wanna visit, as well as other sights. I usually tag along with my wife (on business), all I have to do is buy a plane tix.
Hhmmm... I have read a lot of "True Crime", maybe I'll do a Charles Manson sights run...lol.

Hey Jimmy, it sounds like you had a lot fun. I know that in L.A., there is a company that does a tour of the historice crime scenes there. I really love it in L.A. and I am just dying to go back and do a lot of the same things that you are looking forward to. Kevin.

Hey! We should all pick a date and a time and show up at the house!
Barring that, I can't understand why Paramount or maybe the Smithsonian can't, like, make the house a historic landmark and LET US SEE IT UP CLOSE, INSIDE AND OUT!
Uh, oh, I just remembered: the interior we all know and love isn't inside the house in L.A.
Ok, then, we're all just gonna have to settle for regular tours of the studio set. Wouldn't it bitchin' to have your picture taken on that very same set?

PS I've finally figured out to do screen captures and I will be posting threads tonight with hilarious photos and captions of the Brady's I just KNOW y'all are gonna LOVE.

I live here in southern California. I am a short distance away from Malibu. The tours in Hollywood/Los Angeles are great. The thing abt the tours is they only cover so much ground. Los Angeles is a large area and not everything is in Los Angeles/Hollywood, you have Studio City, Burbank, and other cities nearby that offer great tours of the studios, shows, etc.

To "Ireneparalegal"...so I should consult you for the touristy things to do next time I plan on going to L.A.? I have been there a few times, and there is always so much to do. I am hoping to travel to L.A. sometime in 2007. I love your city so much. What is it like living there year round? Kevin.
