I along with some friends of mine have over the last several months
been digging up old episodes of WKRP and compiling a list of every
song used in the original airings. We have just completed Season One
and are getting ready to start on season 2. The goal is to identify
every song from all 4 seasons. Anyway I have made a very generic
looking website with season ones list for everyone to see. Please let
me know if we have missed anything and what you think. Again, the
format at this point is very generic but hopefully when I get them all
done, I can find somebody to help me make a real website that looks
good and maybe links to the albums on Amazon or something. The list
can be found here:

Thanks

Hey, thanks for the help with the list. Do you have any idea what that little piece of a song ending is that Johnny plays at the begining of "Les On A Ledge?"
Thanks again.

I have to check it out.

Something else to ad:
HOLD UP - For what seems like a split second, you can here Light Up The Sky by Van Halen. It was cut from syndication. You hear it when Dell plays the stereo for Herb at the beginning of the episode.
Also, what was the song that Johnny played in the both after Surfin' USA in the episode GOODBYE, JOHNNY?
Thanks,
Jon

It's on for 1 second and it's blasting, pretty indistinguishable to me.
Sounds like people cheering, I don't know, the player I was checking it out on is not hooked up to my stereo and I don't know if that will help.
Sorry.
