LaverneShirley 08-14-2001, 04:49 PM Kings Island ------------------ "I do like the show.... It's fun to do. I like the character of Charity because she's so hopeful. She's never bitter. There's plenty of things that happen to her that could make her bitter. But she always thinks tomorrow's going to be beautiful. And someday it will be." - Gwen Verdon "The advertisements for the show say 'Gwen Verdon as Sweet Charity.' Note that as 'as.' Not 'starring in' or just plain 'in' or even 'in the new musical,' but 'as.' She is that girl. She is Sweet Charity and forever will be." - Charles Burr Bootsy Whoosh 08-14-2001, 04:52 PM fughetaboutit [This message has been edited by Bootsy Whoosh (edited 08-14-2001).] Miller15 08-14-2001, 05:09 PM A kid at heart, I LOVE The Magic Kingdom in Kissimmee, Florida. AB 01-16-2022, 08:24 PM I enjoyed Disney World when it first opened but now it's so expensive and crowded that I won't go anymore. I also like Dollywood if I can go in the Fall when it's not as crowded. |
