Doesn't it seem like it? It seems like Marcia went from a 6th grader to a woman in 5 years. When I tell people this show was only on for 5 seasons... or 5 years they say, "Huh... WHAA!!?" And then they think it's just sad I know this factoid:)

I mean look at Peter! From Season 4 to Season 5 he went from a boy to a young man. The kids were always dressed too young, especially in Season 1. Maureen was about 12 and looked about 8. All of the girls looked about 5-8 years old. Cindy was the only one that naturally looked her real age.

Beginnnig with Season 2, the apperence of the kids looked more natural concerning their actual ages. But with Peter's perm, it looked unnatural in the last season. Not at all like him. It made him look older than 16. (More like early 20's.) The other kids looked thier natural ages. You can say Barry also looked much older in the last season. But he says that his hair went funny when he became 16 and he just let it get naturally curly.

It's very likely that a preteen or teenager will change a lot in 5 years
