Thanks for the photos! Didn't see the reunion movie. Since they never mentioned in the original series what happened to Larry, was there any mention in the reunion movie? Why is Larry wearing the turban?

In the STB TV movie he has become some sort of maharaji. He only appeared once more in the New Beaver series- in the final episode where he had apparantly given up that religion and appeared without the turbin.

I think in the reunion movie, Larry is living at the local Ashram, of which I'm sure there were many in Mayfield. He has apparently embraced an eastern religion perhaps hinduism or buddhism. He was probably seeking peace and a more zen existance. that's why he is dressed that way.

Thanks Mark! Did Larry return to Mayfield during STB or when the show aired, he was already living there? Wondered if they explained where he had gone.

well, in the reunion movie, we catch up with a few of beav's friends. Richard is a therapist and Larry has kind of dropped out of society and joined an Ashram. It really does kind of make sense as Larry was such an outsider in a way.
