When Michael came in the apartment to ask James and Florida about helping Ned, If you look behind Florida and James you can see that award that Flordia wins and hangs up on the wall at the end of the show, already hanging on the wall. And then when Thelma come in the Living Room to open a window the award isn't there anymore.

sometimes scenes are shot out of sequence...this is one explanation for items appearing and magically appearing from the set.

Yeah I pointed that out before. Also I believe it was Brian who pointed out that in Junior the Patron episode, Michael was clothe and then back in his PJ's back and forth in and out of his pj's when he was sitting at the table.
