I might be able to go to Vicki's show on July 22nd (Saturday) and I read that you guys have gotten to meet Vicki backstage. How do you get backstage passes?

It depends on the venue. How large is it? I saw Vicki at a festival in 2004 with 10,000 other people (that's a large venue!). Because it was such a large venue, I had to get in touch with the festival people to see if I could obtain backstage passes. I did, no problems, so I was able to go backstage.

Most of the time, though, you really don't need to obtain backstage passes. You just have to talk to a PR (public relations) person and/or whoever else helped to get Vicki to come to the venue. Try to get to the show early and see if you can get into the auditorium to talk to people there. Depending on what's going on, you can probably get to meet Vicki before the show.

I saw her in 2004, and I didn't get a pass. After the show, my mom and I just went to the backstage area, and they said since it was just the two of us, we were allowed to go. So, I guess sometimes it depends on how many people are with you.

Yeah, thats true. Garrett usually only lets me go back. But, he must have been in a good mood on monday becuase he let my entire group (5 ppl) go back. So, IDK...keep your fingers crossed and good luck!!!

Hey, again. I wasn't able to go. I couldn't get the tickets I wanted because it was so short notice. I actually live in Canada. :p We we're going to drive down. Thanks for all the help, though! I will probably be able to go in the Fall. :D
