"Good Times" J.J Tells Fans He Can see Suicide
Jimmie(J.J) Walker of "Good Times"told a jazz festival audience in Hampton, VA, "This is the First Time I've thought of Suicide. I can see suicide." "We make money, but it's not fun. Our Popularity is not a fun type of popularity. Unfortunately in this society, America, we don't have a thinking society, It's a television society." Walker says he wants out of the CBS-TV series but producer Norman Lear won't let him.
