It was a javascript ticker that rotated our news blog headlines. I don't remember how long I used it. It was causing some issues for people still using WebTV at the time.

That must have been one short-lived ticker. I first came here September 2006 and don't remember there ever being a ticker.

I remember always checking the News Blog headlines Monday mornings for the ratings for the previous week. The legacy networks were a lot more relevant in those days than they are now, of course.
