I am campaigning to get "Rescue 911" released to DVD. I emailed Arnold Shapiro Productions (he was executive producer throughout the entire series) about a possible DVD release. He replied back that CBS holds the rights to the show, but gladly forwarded my detailed email to them, on top of me sending them an email as well. Anyway, I really need to get names, cities/states and email addresses of people who are interested in seeing it on DVD. I think season sets are a bit risky at this time, but I had the idea of a premiere collection with about 3-4 episodes from each of the 7 seasons. If you are interested, please email me at luzrboy82@yahoo.com or add to this bulletin your name(first only if not comfortable giving full name) , city/state, and email address if possible. I would greatly appreciate it. This is the only way to try to get it out. If you want to watch certain segments, go to YouTube.com and type "Rescue 911" in the search engine. Again, please email me or repost this, spread the word, anything.
Thank you.

I loved this show. I was so pissed off when Discocer Health Channel dropped it last September. I watched the originals on CBS. And over the years the reruns aired on 3 different Hartford area Channels WTWS/26, WTXX/20, and WTVU/59. I used to watch it every night on The Family Channel. All of Family Channel's programming was bought by Hallmark Channel after FOX bought the Family CHannel. We didn't get Hallmark Channel on Cable Where I lived. Then when I moved to Southington, CT in 2003 I was pleasently surprised to see 911 on Discovery Health Channel.
