As he was being put into the squad car, he tried to joke around with the cop.

He said something like:
"That's why people don't run in handcuffs, 'cause it don't work." :lol:

The cop laughed, but I think it was AT him, not with him. :lol:

i saw a ep once where this lady flagged down a law 'cause this woman sold her some bunk crack. haha it was plaster and she was telling the law that she wanted her 20 dollars back or she wanted her crack. :rofl:
