isn't that lady that Mr. Furley wanted to move in the same lady that was being a beeyotch to Janet in the flower shop? There was a lady who was being rude to Janet while she was on the phone with a customer and all she wanted was change...this pissed of Janet, especially when the lady said she didn't want to bug the people next door because they "were busy"...

No, that wasn't the same lady. The lady in the flower shop was Fay Dewitt...I think someone said something about she was a cousin to Joyce or something like that. The lady Furley wanted to move in was in on another show though. She plays Martha in the show where Furley and Jack take Martha and her friend out, but Jack made the bet that he could stay away from girls. Hope you know which one I mean. Sorry I don't know the title of that show.:o

I mentioned this before, but notice that Jack was portrayed to be a straight man in front of Furley. That was a mistake by the writers.

Thank you. I do know which show you are referring to.

I hated how that lady bothered Janet in the flower shop like that. I would have told that lady off if she did that to me while I was working and on the phone with a customer.

Kool, you are right abt that observation regarding Jack. He was playing it straight or really he was BEING HIMSELF...

I know. When Maxine said, "I thought I was the new roommate", Jack says, "You are" in a romantic way, and then they're holding hands. Why wouldn't Furley catch that?!
