Which is why I know that John calling Teri "Tammy" is plausible since during filming, there are so many factors being looked at that sometimes, the slip of the tongue can go unnoticed.

Anyone ever check out those movie blooper sites...those are hysterical. The movie "pretty woman" and "Gladiator" those make me laugh because the mistakes done there are so obvious.

I think when John called Terri "Tammy" it was part of the script. He and Larry were trying to make her feel bad and they were playing that game, and Jack had asked her what her name was again before, so I think it was planned.
