A source in the concert business tells Rolling Stone that Ashlee Simpson’s new tour is “cold as ice.” According to Pollstar, Simpson’s people have booked her into absurdly large venues such as Jones Beach in New York (15,000 capacity), the Nissan Pavilian in Bristow Virginia (25,000 capacity), and the PNC Bank Arts Center (17,500 capacity) and our source says that sales are far below expectations for most dates. The source goes on to say, “sometimes people should cancel and get a new recording and figure out a new package and get the timing right. There’s nothing that would indicate she should be playing these large venues.”

This isn't very surprising... the girl is totally clueless that she isn't liked very much and has absolutely no talent... :crazy:

Maybe she can follow the Dixie Chick's lead and start booking concerts in other countries. Sales for their tour have been less than stellar as well, so they canceled a lot of the U.S. shows and are touring internationally now.
