If you watch M*A*S*H re-runs on the Hallmark channel , then you've probably seen the little "commercial" before it starts , where it says " Join the gang of the 4077th" , or something like that and shows Margaret punching Frank, Radar is playing the drums , ect. Then it shows a clip that has Klinger doing Hawkeye's nails and Hawkeye says " You're not bad , " and Klinger replies , "Well, I'm not just another pretty face." Does anyone know what episode this is from??? I've wondered this for the past two yrs during re-runs...

Trapper....what's the general gist of the episode?
That scene is from "The Consultant," from season three.
Hawkeye and Trapper go to Tokyo to not attend a medical seminar and meet a surgeon (played by Rober Alda, Alan Alda's Father) who accompanies them back to the 4077th.

But Bananas , Crackers, and Nuts was when Hawkeye pretends to go crazy so he and Trapper can get R&R at the center in Toyko , and Margaret and Frank send some pysch. to examine Hawk ...... :confused:

It's from the episode called "Rainbow Bridge". The intro has Capt. Spaulding singing "Oh Tokyo". --- then it fades to the scene where Klinger is doing Hawkeye's Nails.
I believe Hawkeye and Trapper are about to go to Tokyo on R&R when they get a call that the Koreans have US Prisioners and that they need medical treatment and they (Hawkeye, Trapper, Burns, Klinger & Radar) have to go to the Rainbow Bridge into North Korean territory to retreive them.
