The 1st season packaging should have been different. The picture on the front looks like it was taken from about season 4 or 5. That would make it about 1979-80, or 1980-81. Then season 2 jumps backwards to a '70's photo. Then the "natural progression" begins. They should have used a photo from '77 to start out to have the correct sequencing. On season 1, Janet has that "Joan Jett" look with her new hairstyle, & Chrissy has her one-sided pony-tail look that didn't come in until S4 & S5!!! Just something I noticed.....

Me too. Almost all the pictures don't go with the seasons.

I wonder why they did that? I've noticed that for other TV shows too.

Oh well, I guess it's what's on the inside that counts! ;)
