In this season 4 ep when Jack is trying to be more assertive, half of the APT has light and the other half is dark-lol Anyone else notice the strange lighting in this ep? If you have the DVD check it out. The lighting doesn't look like this in no other ep, only Jack the Ripper

I think that episode of TC and "The Life Savers"was taped at the now defunct Metromedia Square instead of CBS Television City(where seasons 2,3,4,5 and 6 were taped).
When TC moved to Metromedia in season 7,the episodes had a similar look in the darker lighting from those 2 season four episodes.

So the CBS television City Studio was closed when production started for those two season 4 eps?-lol

Maybe CBS needed that studio to tape something and since TC was an ABC show that leased the space, they had to temporarily relocate the show to Metromedia.
I think TC moved to Metromedia in season 7 because CBS wanted their new soap "Capitol" to be produced at TC's studio at CBS Television City.
Unfortunately,Metromedia Square was torn down in 2003 to make room for a new high school.
Currently "The Bold and The Beautiful"is in TC's old studio space at CBS.
