When Chrissy thought he was going to propose and said-"I don't want to marry you" Gilbert says-"I just wanted to propose a toast" Then said I just wanted to meet you and hope we can be friends. In other words he was saying that he knew he wasn't on her level he just wanted to know what he felt like to be in her presence. Then when it looked like Chrissy may have given him a chance and was going to kiss him at the end, Glibert just decides to shake her hand-lol Poor Gilbert

That was one of my favorite episodes. I've never seen anybody quite like Gilbert before. :lol:
