....which one if it came down to it, would spend a lot money if they had to in any situation?

I would say Furley, only because he lent Jack $800 to open the Bistro. Even though his mouth moved quicker than his brain did in that situation.

Yeah, Roper didn't want to spend $2 on some paper plates. That's just too cheap.
