All right, SOers, in about three-and-a-half hours from now, I will begin my journey to Mexico City. Here's what my itinerary looks like:

-Get off work at 5:00 p.m. (it's now 3:30 p.m. my time zone, MDT)
-My sister will drive me to my maternal uncle's (my mom's younger brother) house at 7:00 p.m.
-We leave from my uncle's house at around 7:30-8:00 p.m.
-Drive four hours south to Juarez, Mexico (not sure if we're staying there overnight or will keep on driving midway to Mexico City. If we stay there, we'll be driving off early tomorrow morning; otherwise, we will drive halfway and stay with my uncle's wife's sister on Saturday evening.
-On Sunday, we'll continue driving down to Mexico City and get there I would say either later Sunday or early Monday.
-We'll stay the whole week down there.
-I'll be flying back home on Sunday morning of the 9th of July and get here in the evening.

I will try and see if I can find some internet access (maybe her sister will have it at her house). If I do, I will post greetings. If I don't, then I won't see you all until the 9th of July!

Hey guys... sorry I don´t have time to read ALL the posts and new threads at the moment, but I wanted to just give you all a shoutout here from Vera Cruz....a city in the eastern part of Mexico near the Golf of Mexico!! Whoo!!! Hot and sunny and very beautiful out here!!!!

Hey guys! Just wanted to say I'm back!!! :wave:

I just arrived maybe about an hour ago or so. I don't have much to settle right now until my luggage comes in. Mine, along with others' luggage, was sorta held back at the Mexico D.F. airport on our Aeromexico flight. Grrrrr.... pissed: Needless to say, I don't have any of that laundry to do or stuff from that luggage bag to put away. Hopefully, I will await the call saying my luggage is in within two days. That's the suckiest part of the trip, in my opinion....

But anyway.... I will post photos (as soon as I clean them up in PhotoShop) soon. For now I am going to do some catching up on threads this evening/night. :wave:
