I dunno if anyone would know the answer, but I thought I'd take a shot.

I'm taking a class online, and suddenly none of the pages will open. It just keeps coming up that page not found thing. The frame comes up, and the main page, but any link in the frame you click on goes nowhere. On any other computer, I have no problem with this...all my home computers, using my laptop at the library....Is this a problem with IE or this specific computer? I'm behind a firewall/filter, but it's not a filter thing because that always comes up saying the company has chosen to block that site. It used to work, but now it doesn't. Is there some thing I can reset to make it work? This is aggrivating me because without homework, I'm bored as hell. IE, Windows 2000.

it depends on how that page is coded I guess, and how those links are created/redirected; it could be due to different settings in IE or security settings used by the IT guys

can you try it in firefox? or if you right-click on the link in IE and click on copy shortcut, can you paste the address into the address bar? if it comes up as a javascript-type link, it may be a problem with the installed version of java on that computer, you could try to reinstall java (http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp)
