I am here watching Season 4 (thanks Netflix) and the main story arc of the season is Robert recovering from his bull injury. I was wondering, was Brad Garrett really injured or recovering from some medical procedure.

I don't think so but I'm not entirely sure to be honest. I really didn't like the fact that he had that bull injury - bad move in my opnion.
