Have you tried to play Soduku?

I tried and tried until now I get the hang of it. I'm hooked. Have you tried it?

A bunch of my friends are addicted to the game.
I have tried to do it a few times, but I am not very good with those types of puzzle games.

I've tried to get into it, b ut it just ain't my thing.

I did one once. It was kind of fun.

My 9 year old son and my husband both play. They are both terriffic at it. Me on the other hand, forget about it. I am an accountant and can't figure it out to save my life!! I looked at it for five minutes and finally gave up!! LOL!!

I'm pretty good at it....

I did a medium level one and it wasn't that bad but then I looked at a challenging one for a few minutes and I thought it would be to hard so I didn't do it.

I have tried them, some of them are hard.

I can't even do the super easy one's!!!

My sister is hooked on the game and I've tried to get into it, but I wind up watching TV or listening to music! :lol:

What IS Soduku?

Sudoku consists of a 9x9 grid made up of 9 rows and colums of squares with 9 3x3 grids called "regions".

The object of sudoku is to place a number of 1 through 9 in every row and column and nine 3x3 grids so that each number's used only once. No zeros allowed, ever.

The game was originally called "Number Place" in 1979 by Dell Magazines and has been spreading like wildfire in 2005 starting in Japan and is in newspapers, puzzle magazines, etc., everywhere.

I played it myself a couple of times and it's quite interesting. :)

I play it on www.websudoku.com. I've tried doing it in the newspaper and books, too, but it's MUCH harder without the handy little "How am I doing?" button, hehe.

Yeah, I have tried it many times and have yet failed each time not awful but still can't get the hang of the whole entire game ... mmmm :) I'd like to ...but oh well I guess LOL

I love to play it, but it's easier to play on computer (like on the USA Today site). The game involves changing the positions of the numbers a lot, so that's why I say it's easier on computer than on paper, where you have to erase/cross out a lot. But, it's a challenging game and a good mental 'exercise'. If I reach a point of frustration on a game, I just don't finish it. When you do solve it though, you have a sense of accomplishment.
