I have just watched all 6 seasons of Sanford and Son in the last 2 months, and they were awesome. Does anyone know if Sanford or Sanford Arms will be released on Dvd. Where they even good shows?

Brian Damage 06-27-2006, 01:04 AM No, they were not released on dvd and no, they were not good shows. gilligan fanatic 06-27-2006, 02:14 PM who knows, maybe one day they will be relased. If Dusty's Trail can be released anything can. I have seen Sanford Arms but not Sanford. The Sanford Arms is not bad, but its very slow. IMO Grady was the better of the three TVFactFan 06-28-2006, 12:35 AM No, they were not released on dvd and no, they were not good shows. Brian Sanford was good TVFactFan 06-28-2006, 12:36 AM I have just watched all 6 seasons of Sanford and Son in the last 2 months, and they were awesome. Sanford Arms was a OK show magellan333 07-04-2006, 01:23 PM A few years ago, BET was airing Sanford it wasn't a bad show. It was nowhere near the quality of Sanford and Son's prime, but it had some funny moments. Donna was out of the picture and Fred was dating a rich woman from Beverly Hills (no kidding). Her name was Evelyn and she appeared regularly. Sammy Davis Jr. even made a guest appearance on one show. One funny moment I recall was when Fred and Evelyn were at a fancy restaurant and Fred said, "I can't believe a place this nice doesn't stock Ripple" or something to that effect. When someone says Few Years I think 4 or 5 years I joined the air force 10 years ago this week, and I saw it while I was in the air force. It would've been 8 or 9 years ago. Mr. Television 07-04-2006, 11:35 PM Sanford was a very good show. I can't remember much of Sanford Arms. TVFactFan 07-04-2006, 11:44 PM I joined the air force 10 years ago this week, and I saw it while I was in the air force. It would've been 8 or 9 years ago. Sanford was on BET during my sophmore Year in college, 1994-1995 comedyfreak 07-05-2006, 09:36 AM I haven't seen either show since they were originally on the air. Although I do remember Evelyn and Cal. I remember hearing that they cancelled Sanford because Redd started being late to rehearsals or no showing or being late for tapings. Sanford only lasted 2 seasons, I think. TVFactFan 07-05-2006, 04:50 PM I haven't seen either show since they were originally on the air. Although I do remember Evelyn and Cal. I don't think his lateness would have been a problem if the show was in the Top Ten comedyfreak 07-06-2006, 08:50 AM I don't think it was in the top 10, was it? TVFactFan 07-06-2006, 03:05 PM I don't think it was in the top 10, was it? It was ranked #29 during the summer of 1981 so you know the show was no where near the Top ten in the 1980-81 TV season magellan333 05-31-2007, 09:52 PM Sanford was on BET during my sophmore Year in college, 1994-1995 That doesn't mean it didn't air after that.
