Do you mean the "wah wah ooh" in the theme during the final season? I like that version of the theme much better than the previous one.

Every episode from the third season on was filmed before a live audience. Also, the second-season episode, "Fonzie Gets Married," was filmed before a live audience.

The First Episode to be filmed in front of a live audience was Fonzie Gets Married.
