What does he mean by turning things around though? More than 23 wins? Must make the playoffs? I need to find out what the Knicks have to accomplish in order to save isiah's job

My assumption is to not only make the playoffs, but to get past the first round.

I guess Dolan feels strongly that this is a contending team???
