I wonder what it would have been like if the producers of the show had let McLean Stevenson play Hawkeye's part like he had wanted to ...(This is what I read) Or any other character trading parts , can you imagine Alan Alda as Frank??:lol:

I think Wayne Rogers could've played a good Hawkeye. MacLean Stevenson, I don't know. He seems too old for the part. I was a bigger fan of Potter than I was Blake. I like Trapper better than BJ though. Alan Alda as Frank? I just can't see it.

Maybe it would have been a good thing if Alan Alda had played Frank... :D

I think Frank would of made a good Trapper and Trapper would of made a good Henry and Henry would of made a good Frank.
