They did have a sitcom in a war zone called MASH. I don't think a sitcom in Iraq would go over well. Steven Bochco did a war drama set there this year called Over There and it was a flop. People aren't ready for it.

I think lots of people liked it.

Yeah, I grew up watching lots of sitcoms, but MASH was one of my favorites.
