In "The Best of Three's Company," about how the show didn't try to change the world or anything, it just made us laugh and forget about our problems. I so agree with that. Which is probably one of the many things I love about this show! It wasn't a half hour of preaching, lessons, etc. It was pure comedy, minderstandings, innuendos, etc. I loved this show for being just what it was--a true comedy. :D

And John Ritter was one of the best physical comediens too!!! Even if you aren't a fan of the show (which I don't see how you couldn't be), you HAVE to laugh at the stuff he does!! He was amazing!!!

I definitely agree. I love how it can be so offbeat and funny at the same time. They didn't teach any moral lessons, just made us laugh for a few minutes at a time.

I wish some of todays television shows would go back to that philosophy.

There was something John Ritter wrote in the Three's Company book I liked it was something about telling either Mary Tyler Moore or Dick Van Dyke (I honestly can't remember which one) about using some of there work and that who ever he told that to didn't laugh and just grinned. I am going to have to re read the section because I know that was no help right there

I agree. They just don't make them like they used to. :( But then again, it makes Three's Company all the more special.
