I know many of you have a 13 or 14 disc set of Norm with commericals and no menus and missing episodes. I have just finished editing and putting together a COMPLETE set. In terms of quality S1 is excellent. S2 - S4 a majority of the episodes are 8/10 with some (the one's that seemed to be missing from everyone's set) at a much lower quality...I could not find a source for these except low bitrate .avi's.
