Be sure to purchase season 1 and season 2 of the Cosby Show, or else they may not put out the other seasons. That has happened recently to several tv shows. Many people want to wait till all seasons are out before they purchase, but if they don't sell enough, they don't issue the other ones. You can read about it on this link:

I already own Seasons One and Two on DVD... I hate to think that no further seasons will be released, but I read another article recently that said several shows such as Who's the Boss? and Boy Meets World would not have subsequent seasons released because of lower-than-expected sales...

If it wasn't on TV all the time more people would buy it.
Almost all the shows I get on DVD aren't been shown on cable now. I would like to get the rest of All in the Family on DVD but since its on TV Land every day I don't really see the point of spending the money on the set. Cosby Show is another one I might buy, but I don't see the point. Especially if they are cut.

oh ok, since I don't have it I didn't know. I knew there was a bunch of controversy on here about season one being edited so I just thought season two was cut.
On a similar note I heard ALF's first season was cut. Do you know if season 2 is cut on that?

I think it was so much outrage because of season 1 being cut that they didn't released the second season that way. But Yup I watched the entire second season and it was defitely scenes I never saw before
