What are some of the not so good things about yourself that you need to learn to keep in check?? Here's a list of some of mine:

Anger
Jealousy
Depression
Addictive behavior
Taking criticism's too personally
Road rage
Constant anxiety

Those are just the main ones, but I'm sure I could add a ton more to this list. So anyway, what are some of the baddest habits/behaviors you all need to learn to keep in check??

I think most of those things apply to me too.

My habits I'd really like to learn to control:

-jealousy
-being a worry wart
-over-analyzing things to death
-irrational thinking (I know we all do it, but I mean I OVERdo it which is bad)
-anxiety
-obsessing BADLY over people I want to impress/hold onto
-thinking WAY too much (usually the "what ifs?" over and over where they circle my mind)

That's all I can think of. I am sure there are more....

I can totally relate to you on this one. I love my friends so much, that I constantely worry about whether or not I'm going to be able to hold onto them. Having lost alot of friends in my life, this probably scares me more than just about anything.

Yeah, it's the same for me. It's as though there is some sort of a secret for those who are able to maintain their friendships and/or impress others easily.

Oh, and another thing to add to my list:
-impatience (man, I am sooooooooo terrible at this! I'm such an impatient person!)

- self-consciousness to the point of thinking people are always looking at me, judging me. This fear caused me to be a hermit for nearly a year. I have pretty bad issues with my body.

- moodiness (being extremely elated to crashing down in to a fit of depression, not wanting to talk or interact with anyone all in the course of one day)

- compulsive eating

- obsessiveness (being obsessed with an idea or a person) Lately I've been obsessed with the idea of money (not having enough of it, how I'm going to get more of it, etc)

- jealousy

- being bossy and demanding (when I don't really mean to, but it just comes across as me trying to take control of a situation).

Yes, plus:

Being Self-Centered
Laziness
Self-Hatred (I never seem to be able to do anything right and I'm constantly disappointing people....in my mind anyway)
Putting Myself Down over things like weight, looks, smarts, etc.
Comparing Myself to People
Perfectionism
Obsessing Over Making Minor Decisions, like what to eat for dinner. Goes back to the disappointing people thing.

They all sort of relate to one another. And make me feel like I'm losing my mind. :)
