In your opinion and based on any personal experiences, which is more difficult to control: jealousy OR being a worry wart?

Grrr... I messed up on my question in my poll. I meant to say "difficult" NOT "easier." How can I change that? I didn't see an option to edit the question in the "Edit" mode. pissed:

Anyway.... From my own personal experience, I think jealousy is much more difficult to control. I have always been such an easily jealous person over people and people's relationships with others. What's interesting is that I am not really jealous of people's materialistic items or their wealth. It's always about them as people and things they have accomplished people-wise. Hope that made sense.
