Ok, even though you can be a big fan of a show, even you can admit when certain episodes were just sort of....blah! And had you saying to yourself, "What were they thinking?"

For me, it was the episode when they think back to who influenced them in their lives. That whole scene with Clayton and that kid calling him "Runny Nose". And the scene with the Governor. I can skip that one, thank you. I know some people have mentioned in the past the episode with the robot and the nuclear bomb test episode. Also, the Hong Kong episodes are a little "out there" but I will say they're at least entertaining. :D

I was just watching my tapes from the marathon and I'm not sure I'm a big fan of "Flight of the Dodo" parts 1 & 2 either. Not such a terrible storyline, but pretty depressing! I watch Benson to laugh and there's hardly a laugh throughout both of these episodes.

A pretty grim storyline for what is supposed to be a really funny show.

God Flight of the Dodo was terrible (to me). However, I completely disagree on the one with 'Jim the Robot' - I thought that was one of the best episodes - very well written - a tad 'silly', sure, but never overboard.

For me, any episode that has a special guest star, takes place in a different location, or is a two-parter is usually not a good one. They tend to be less humorous, focus too much on non-regulars, and/or drag in their pace. The only one with these criteria that I liked was when Benson was running for Lt. Governor.
