 Okay, so I admit that I've seen the Season 1 and 2 episodes way too frequently, which is why I happened to notice this:
In "Emily Dickinson," watch for Lisa Whelchel's disappearing and reappearing mole/freckle on her left cheek, near her nose. The make-up people have it concealed in one frame, and completely visible in a couple of others.
The scene that I am referring to is when Blair is listening to Mrs. Garrett read her poem because she gets "too emotional." Blair is standing next to the grandfather clock when this happens. (This is, of course, late in the episode.)
Go ahead, put your DVD on and see if I'm exaggerating!

It could be just a glitch, though. I've never noticed a dissapearing and reappearing mole on Blair's cheek before. Glitches can happen at times.

First of all, it's really neat to have a portable DVD player with me while I'm typing this stuff.
She does have the mole. It's visible in 2 occurances.
1. When Mrs. Garrett reads the words "I don't like what I see" in the poem.
2. When Blair says "Nonono, I deserve it. Go ahead, read the part about the 'soft cascading hair'." Oddly enough, during these few seconds, Blair's hair is a little mussier than any other time in the episode.

Thanks for confirming that it wasn't just my imagination or a bad DVD!

It's not your imagination (or a bad DVD, its a part of the episode) and I have screen captures to prove it:
