The "age old" inevitable question whenever there there is a Twilight Zone moment - just where is everyone? Why is anyone hardly online?

There is NOT as much online activity at forums since Friday. What has everyone been doing since Friday? There are usually people posting or even being online, but this hasn't been the case since Friday, it seems.

i haven't noticed any major decreases. over at random we just finished 3 threads in one day :lol:

Irene had surgery on her wrist on Friday. It's hard for her to use the mouse and to type. She will be back soon! :)

I've logged on everyday lately, but haven't been able to stay on too long. I think it's a busy time at the end of the school year for some. Finals, graduations and so forth affect many, I'd think. Summer vacation may have started for some already, too.

I do like to log on at least once a day to see what's happening. Hope Irene's doing well. :wave:

ive been a bit down, and frankly, the threads here have been kind of on the dull side lately

ha, i'm on here sooooo less often than i used to. i don't know. a lot of this past school year i was hardly ever here; the time had a major impact on me, i was going through a lot of new experiences, i guess i just got a life; but yeah i've been here more often since the summer began. my sarahness, with the exception of my smartass remarks, has just pretty much disappeared from here; it got sucked into myspace, and plus i think i've just grown up a little; i'm not as much into acTuInG lIkw Thisd and MmAKEING A frEAK oUT oF mYLSLEF JUss FoR TeHh aAmUsEmENT oF IT lOlOLOLOLALZZZZ!!!!!111 :talk: :lol: :wave: :happyface as i was like three years ago. sooo that's why this place has been much quieter for the past several months, in case you've wondered. kind of makes me sad. but i'm still the biggest legend this site has had no matter how much anyone may claim otherwise. :wave:

We talk in PM and over IM. She is doing good though. Just hates using the mouse with her left hand so she doesn't go on as much as she'd like to. I'm sure we'll have our Irene back in a week or two. :)

I didn't notice you were gone, only because I took about a 10 day break from the boards myself recently. I needed a break from the online world, to get some stuff Iv'e been putting off in my real life straightened out. My Summer's actually looking pretty busy too, but I'm sure I'll still be spending plenty of time around here. I'm an S.O. addict, and I always will be!!

Maybe with the warm weather, people just get out more. I know I'm out more this time of year. A few of our younger member's lives are changing and they're getting busier. Sarah and Karly come to mind. Miss them.

Since one of my good friends is going to Ireland for the summer (she's studying abroad), I want to see her as much as possible before she leaves. Besides, I made a promise to myself that I wouldn't get sucked in to the computer as much while it's summer time. I miss the outdoors and sunshine sometimes, and it's been good seeing my friends.

Lately I've also been coming on to SO as a guest, checking out any new threads, and signing off. So, I have been lurking.
