What were your favorite episodes that showcased the various supporting players? Mine were:

Tom Willis- Brother Tom (season 6) this is the one where Tom wants George to teach him how to act black.

Helen Willis- truthfully I don't have one.

Florence- How Not to Marry A Millionaire (season 10)- Florence meets a wealthy man at an art gallery who wants to marry her; also Florence in Love (season 3) this is the one where she dresses up like Aunt Jemima. Actually Florence had a bunch of memorable episodes, more than any other supporting player- the one where she was going to kill herself, Me and Billy Dee and others. Almost every season has at least one very good one for her.

Mother Jefferson- I'm not sure. She's not my favorite character.

Bentley- the ones written around him specifically don't do him justice. He was much better as seasoning such as in the Halloween episodes in season 6 and I've Got a Secret in season 7/8.

Jenny- Jenny's Low in season 1.

Mike Evans- Lionel the Playboy (season 1) and Expectant Father (season 6). He's also memorable in The MLK episode in season 6 (The First Store) and Sayonara in season 11.

Damon Evans- he's pretty consistent in all the episodes focused on his character in the years he was on (years 2-4).

Ralph- Hard to say.

Charlie the Bartender- Secret in the Back Room (season 11) the one where he was an alcohoic.

Marcus- he was such a doofus, but the best one that I remember him in (I haven't seen most of year 4 in a long time) is Blackout.

Jessica- Sayonara.

Hugo the Bodyguard- The Strays- (season 8)

Allan Willis- ?? maybe Half a Brother for Jay Hammer, but the actor in Jenny's Low was better.
