I agree with Brian, it doesn't look luxorious. It looks like a section 8 high rise in my city.

That's interesting indeed, granted that we saw a "glimpse" of the building itself during the time the series ran initially, during its opening frame.
Age has kinda gotten to its overall structure, that's for certain... :)

Interesting to point out and show, though.

Now that you mention it, Solomon... as well as about NYC Trips...
I wouldn't mind going by that particular establishment, either; I am curious as to see what it looks like from the inside. Really!

My second stop would definitely be Rockefeller Plaza (where the Pokemon Center NYC is stationed!! YAY, my PKMN Collectors' source)

So let's get this straight, when you visit NYC you basically want to retrace the Jeffersons steps from Queens to Manhattan? lol

As Weird as it may sound Brian, YES!!-lol Mainly to see how everything looks 30 years later. Brian what part of NY is it when the Jeffersons are riding up a street as soon as the opening credits start in season 1?

2006 wasn't that long ago but I'd love to see an even more recent photo. :) If I were in that area, I'd go see it. How awesome would that be? I mean, we see buildings over and over from shows in the 60s, 70s, 80s... I'd be thrilled to see how they look after 30+ years. I love it when I hear the buildings are still standing because it's history. Anyway, I don't think the 2006 pic looks bad, but of course it looked better in the 70s when it was newer!

That building is actually on a corner lol Right across the street from a bank

It doesn't look like it's on a corner when u look at in the opening credits
