Brian what part of NY is it when the Jeffersons are riding up a street as soon as the opening credits start in season 1? I mean, we see buildings over and over from shows in the 60s, 70s, 80s... I'd be thrilled to see how they look after 30+ years. I love it when I hear the buildings are still standing because it's history. Anyway, I don't think the 2006 pic looks bad, but of course it looked better in the 70s when it was newer!
