I only have one episode (very poor picture quality) on VHS. By the way, did you know David L. Lander (Squiggy of LAVERNE & SHIRLEY) was the voice of
Jerry?

....and those include exactly WHO controls the "Filmation" TV library- and Jerry Lewis himself. I believe HE controls the rights to the show, and IF the series were planned for DVD release, he would have to decide if he wanted the series exposed to the public again. At the time, the entire project seemed like another in his "business deals gone wrong" phase of his career, and I'm not sure if he WANTS it to be seen again!

According to both Gary Grossman (SATURDAY MORNING TV, 1981) and Jeff
Lenburg (THE ENCYCLOPEDIA OF ANIMATED CARTOONS, 1991), Jerry Lewis
himself created the animated series. While David Lander (later of LAVERNE &
SHIRLEY) voiced Jerry (and Howard Morris supplied some other voices), Lewis
did contribute to several stories which were based on his roles in such feature
films as "The Caddy" and "The Errand Boy." I seem to recall Howie Morris did
the nutty professor's voice. Other series regulars included Jerry's girl friend
Rhonda; his sister Geraldine; and Spot, her pet frog. Unless I'm mistaken,
Filmation regular Jane Webb was Rhonda and Geraldine.

I actually have one of these extremely rare episodes on DVD in excellent quality direct from a film transfer........

I don't think the series ever aired after its original network run but was still available for stations as late as 1990 by Worldvision.
