I like most of your top choices. I never really got into any of their toons, aside from Ren & Stimpy, so Doug, Rugrats, etc. would be lower on my list. So would Clarissa, that show irritated me for some reason. Might've been that "na na na na" theme song.

SpongeBob SquarePants is a huge guilty pleasure of mine. He's my favorite yellow character who isn't on The Simpsons.

I love a lot of the earlier Nickelodeon shows like Double Dare, You Can't do that on TV, Salute Your Shorts, Clarissa Explains it All (hated the theme though), and others.
