Anyone planning to watch this season? I think it starts this Sunday on E!. I was a big fan the first season (sooo hard not to watch) but I missed the next couple. The ads for this one look funny, though. Paris the housewife and pregnant Nicole look priceless!

I enjoyed the first season but then it started to get old and too repeatative. How is it going to work with out both of them.

I thought the first episode of The Simple Life 4 was good. I'm going to miss seeing Paris and Nicole as friends, and being in scenes together. All in all though, I thought it was still very funny. I'm planning to watch the second episode of the 4th season which premieres tomorrow night at 10PM on E!.

Yeah, I doubt Paris would have presented Nicole with that cookie if it hadn't been scripted! I guess it's just one way to let viewers know that the two of them won't be together during the show in the same way they aren't in real life now. I believe they have one more scene together later this season.

their second scene is at the end of the season the episode yesterday it was funny

I haven't seen it but am interested to see how entertaining Paris will be on her own-- the only reason the show was funny was b/c Nicole was funny-- Paris just stood there and laughed.

Imagine a Simple Life Season without Nicole no one would watch it'd be the worst of all reality shows LOL

Yah, Nicole really does make it a lot more interesting.

It's just not the same w/ Nicole & Paris doing the experiences in a separated way. Nicole really makes the show because Paris isn't funny at all. She's just a flirt. Nicole is a flirt too, but she does it w/ comedy.

hmmm the show seems quite scripted and it seems as though nicole tries to hard to be "outrageous" from interviews shes done its kinda obvious that thats not her real personality, but paris is probably that dumb in real life

I think Nicole pulls off being outrageous pretty well, though, because the families do look sincerely shocked by some of the stuff she says! I don't think Paris has it in her to say much more than "that's sexy" in an effort to be shocking. It's funny, because the show (this season in particular) makes her come across as really quiet. We know she can't be like that in real life!

The problem with this show is that Nichole isn't being herself and that she is just being as outragous as possible. So it's basically like acting. Oh well. I guess it is still funny.

I think Nicole may have a bit of that comedic streak in her that Paris definitely does not seem to have. But I agree - she doesn't act like this outrageous, outspoken person when she's not on the show! I guess she really knows how to ham it up and be a "star."

This season sucks. They're just doing it to get it over with...Definitely not as good as the first two seasons.

I hate the split screen! I'm not enjoying this season as much as the previous ones. It's like they are trying to out do each other in the crazy/weird department. I wish they would makeup.

Paris said something to that effect on Letterman recently - not that they WOULD, but that it was possible. It would be cool to see it if it does occur.

nah, the season has already been taped and they still hate each other. Paris said the other day that "she doesn't care about Nicole anymore". Paris seems to change her opinion on Nicole everyday :lol:

The show was a lot better when they were together. It was good to see them interacting with eachother. When the are apart they try to out do eachother and it can get too outragous.

Season one was my favorite. It was the best because everything that happened was origonal. By season 2 it started to get old. I also liked how they lived on one farm.

I've never seen season 3. Everytime I turn the on the show it's either season 1 or season 2 they're airing. But now, E! is basically only airing the new episodes. That's starting to get a little repetitive seeing as there's only like 5 new episodes or something like that. LOL.

I really like this season. I like seeing each of them in the same situation.

I'm not watching it, but I guess it's kind of cool to have them both in the same situations. It would be cool if it was more of a competition.

At the end of the show, the parents do say whether they think Paris or Nicole will make a better mom. Most of the moms say Paris and most of the dads say Nicole. I think that's interesting. I personally would say Nicole. Even though she can be inappropriate around kids on the show, I seriously don't think she's like that in real life. I think that's just part of her act for the show. You can also tell she loves kids.

My favorite so far has got to be the "Camping" episode. Nicole brought her own portapotty. (Is that how it's spelled?). That was hysterical.

My favorite episode so far has been the where Paris plans the princess party for the little boy and the Nicole changes the party plans and does the rocker theme. :lol:

The finale sucked I wanted to see the actual confrontation between Paris and Nicole.

I agree that the finale was awful. It was my least favorite episode of the entire season. The only good part of it was the news that there will actually be another season. LOL.

apparently, the people at E are trying to get Nicole and Paris to reconcile, because they don't think another season of them not talking would be a success.
