I know it was shown in the episode where a young Nancy Mckeon plays an older sister to a young boy who is being abused.

The opening scene is where Starsky & Hutch are called to a robbery in progress at a laundry mat. Starsky takes off his clothes and has Hutch go and pretend to be a laundry customer. Eventually Starsky goes in with his gun wearing only a towel around him and tennis shoes. The robber is holding an old lady hostage. well, eventually the robber gets arrested.

Now, the above scene, I could have sworn I have seen it shown on another episode other than the Nancy Mckeon episode. Am I right?

Yep, you're right. The other ep it was in was the one where the young girl got raped. I think that one was called Nightmare. It is confusing cuz when you see it you think "Hey wasn't that in another episode? Am I going crazy lol?"We LOVE Starsky and Hutch... :)

OMG!!! thank you. I knew i wasn't going crazy...when I seen S&H during it's first run, I caught it then...or so I thought. Then watching it in reruns, I said, "Hey, I know I seen this scene elsewhere." Why did they do this???? It's weird. I haven't seen S&H in syndication since it was shown on the network that was formerly called TNN.

Glad to help! I watched the show in the 70's but wasn't in love with S&H. I saw a few re-runs on TNN while aat the beach a few yrs ago. When hubby got the Seaosn one box set when it came out I went nutty over S&H & am now a fan lol. Those eps were confusing lol...

I LOVE Starsky and Hutch; even though I have vague memories of watching the program as a child, it was not till 2004 (after seeing the Starsky and Hutch movie) that prompted me to go to a local video store and purchase the TV-DVD of the original series (where I fell in love with the show):)
Glad to see Tara you became a fan of the show...
