What are your Top 5 or Top 10 Favorite/Least Favorite Sitcom Theme Songs of All-Time and why?
The catch is that you have to have at least 5 (and no more than 10) theme songs for both a FAVORITES section and LEAST FAVORITES section.

WKRP In Cincinatti (The show isn't that spectacular, but the theme is great!)
Three's Company
Mr. Belvedere
Good Times
Maude
Barney Miller
Night Court
LEAST FAVORITES:
Dear, John
Doogie Howser, M.D. (Sounds too much like a mix of techno computerized guitars and computer sounds! How is this even a sitcom?)
Roseanne (especially the Season 9 version)
Green Acres
Seinfield
Charles in Charge
